Playing guitar literally since he was 4 years old, Richie was nearly born with a guitar in his hand. That musical talent has taken him to great heights, including being the musical genius behind Hadlock's music. He and Kris have collaborated and co-written most of the excellent tunes that you hear on all of Hadlock's albums.

Richie is also a very accomplishing producer and recording engineer, who owns his own studio, and has worked with and recorded hundreds of bands and artists over the past 10 years, including Jason Newsted (Metallica), Joe Bouchard (Blue Oyster Cult, Blue Coupe, The X-Brothers), Bob Kulick (Kiss), and Rob Canavino (Overkill, the X-Brothers).
